DOWNLOADING YOUR TICKET: You should have received a confirmation email after purchasing your ticket - subject line Welcome to THUMPTOWN. If you can’t find it - check your junk or spam. Send us a DM if you still can’t find it after checking your inbox and your spam/junk folder.

In this email, click “DOWNLOAD TICKET HERE” - This will take you to your order confirmation page, where you will select Download Ticket. You will need to register your ticket on the following page, which will then allow you to download the ticket OR upload to your Apple Wallet. Please have your ticket ready at the gate for smooth entry.

CAR VS. TENT CAMPING: Car camping is considered in-vehicular or rooftop tents ie: needing to sleep in your vehicle. For space/capacity reasons - unless you are camping in your vehicle, you will be required to park your vehicle in the parking area. We recommend tent camping for this reason.

If you are tent camping, you will be able to drive into the camping area and unload your gear before parking in the dedicated parking area.

This means no long treks from the parking lot to your site carrying all your gear!

PARKING PASSES: Due to limited space at our new location - Altitude Music Festival requires attendees to purchase parking passes. Parking passes are available on the Altitude Festival website.

You only need 1 parking pass per vehicle. If you are driving up with multiple people in a car - only one parking pass is needed.  If you are car camping - you only need to buy the Vehicle Camping pass. You do not need to purchase a separate parking pass.

ALCOHOL: You can bring your own alcohol on site to your campgrounds. In an effort to support harm reduction there are designated drinking areas by the stages. We encourage people who are providing their own drinks on the festival grounds to use plastic/unmarked cups.

FOOD/COOKING: There are no campfires allowed at your site. You may bring a propane stove and/or bbq. There will also be 1-2 food trucks on site.

WATER: There are multiple water stations with potable water across the entire festival grounds.

SHOWERS: There is a small number of showers that will be open at select hours, available for a small cost (TBD by Altitude Festival)

RIVER ACCESS: There is access to the river from the festival grounds however it is fast moving in most parts. Proceed with caution - do not attempt to go into the river inebriated.

GARBAGE/WASTE: We want to leave the land nicer than when we arrived. You are responsible for packing out whatever you pack in - including garbage and recycling.
