You voluntarily assume all risks and danger incidental to Never Better Entertainment Inc., including illness, injury, disability, death, or property damage and agree that Never Better Entertainment Inc. and its owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, representatives, contractors, subcontractors, sponsors, volunteers, artists, successors and assigns are not responsible or liable for any damages, injuries, or claims arising from the use of this ticket, as set out in the THUMPTOWN Waiver of Claims and Release of Liability.

This ticket is a revocable license to enter to the venue at the date and time listed on the ticket. Management of the event reserves the right, without the obligation to provide a full or partial refund, to refuse entry to or eject any person for any reason deemed necessary in its sole for the safe and orderly operation of the event (including disorderly, vulgar or abusive conduct) or for the enforcement of policies applicable to the event (including these terms or other posted policies).

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW AND PERMITTED BY THE COMPANY, INCLUDING IF THE EVENT IS TERMINATED EARLY, CANCELLED DUE TO EXTREME WEATHER, FOREST FIRE, ACTS OF NATURE, GOVERNMENT REGULATION OR OTHER CONDITIONS BEYOND THE CONTROL OF NEVER BETTER ENTERTAINMENT INC. TICKET IS NOT REDEEMABLE FOR CASH.

Tickets not obtained directly from the primary seller (i.e. management of the event) may be lost, stolen, counterfeit or invalid and will ve void, and holder assumes all risks of purchasing a ticket other than directly from the primary seller (i.e. management of the event) including being excluded from the event without refund. Reproduction or counterfeiting of this ticket is prohibited.

The holder consents to the use of his or her image, likeness, actions and statements in connection with any recorded audio, photography, video or other publication of the event. Certain items may be prohibited by the policies of management, venue, promoters, participants or organizers. The holder consents to any potential searches while onsite (including upon entry to the premises) for any prohibited items and the seizure of such items if found.
